Once again mystery man from the Hazama, Rachel, and Ragna pages.
1.) Noel is Kusanagi unit, you know I just deleted the bit about her being amatersu because-
2.) Go to youtube, and look up the endings. Some have Ragna subbed, and Hazama's is in actual english text so you can understand it.
3.) He calls her the Kusanagi unit as I pointed at 1...
4.) Now go research at dustloop, and every other thing that shows her move list. She has no new distortion, only a few tweaked drives
5.) Why doesn't this do line breaks?
6.) Oi... honestly... don't put down what you think the true ending is suppose to be, when in fact you don't have any idea of WHAT it's going to be yet. Makes your article appear to house rumors and ect. and as such people won't pay it with as much credibility.

- Dude, don't post anymore rumors or spoilers (I haven't posted rumors, and you guys did the spoilers first, what I know is from what people in the community as a whole that are on dustloop have actually READ in the endings themselves). Keep them to yourself for pete sake. I do agree that Ragna and Noel will in the true ending (obvious) (<--- doesn't mean you know what's going to happen). However, we don't want unofficial facts. Just lay low until next year will you. (I will if you guys seem bent on giving mis-guided info)

The idea behind a wiki is to give facts, to answer questions and to tell people the reason's behind everything (one of which you just stated you don't want to do, one of which you can't seem to do, and one of which you're speculating of atm since you don't even know what's going to happen.) The facts are this, "Noel is not Amateratsu", "You don't know the true ending" So then why put it down as such in order to mislead or spread more rumors about your own beliefs when in fact no one knows?
People by nature are stupid, and as such have a tendency to read what they see as some sort of actual fact and at times might run around with it. If by chance you put that back, then congratulations you've done nothing more then made the rest of the world think you guys are trolls and you'll lose your credibility as such.
who ever saw Noel's CS ending, it's true. she really has a killer attitude toward Hazama like Ragna (I like her angry voice). I hope the true ending is epic.

What a stupid ridiculous thing with that Kusanagi Unit. No, she's Murakumo Unit, but fused with True Azure, which makes her the Sword of the Godslayer Kusanagi. Of course as Mu-12. "He calls her as Kusanagi Unit" - nice, maybe I'm deaf, but I NEVER heard that he calls her as a "Kusanagi Unit", she just named as Kusanagi.
Sorry but I have to ask, what kind of sprites are we talking about here that have panty shots or not? I've seen some people take screenshots trying to get something from under Noel's skirt but she doesn't have any.
My boyfriend and I went thought a sprite rip of every single frame of animation she has in Continuum Shift, and in one frame you can see most of her butt, but no visable panties. So unless she wears a thong or something, I doubt she's wearing them.
Please post a link to this sprite in question. Why Noel, one of the least erotic characters in BlazBlue, would not be wearing panties for any kind of reason is baffling. Here is a link to the sprite breakdown I've seen for BlazBlue. There is also an image of concept art that states that her panties are white, showing that it isn't concept art used the prototype stages of the character, but instead for developing an already-determined character.
I'm pretty sure the spriters probably just didn't draw them in (or made them extremely hard to see) on purpose as a joke. Creators do that kind of thing for over-obsessive fans to find. However I'll have to give it to you at a later date, I have school soon and don't have time to look through 1000+ sprites again xD
Just quickly actually, here are one sprite that don't show any sign of panties, there are a few others that show more of Noel's butt without any sign of panties, but right now, I seriously have to leave xDD
How about rather than saying she does not appear to wear panties, rephrase it to something more like "Her sprites have no panty shots" or something like that. It doesn't promote or deny that she wears or does not wear panties, but still supports the fact that you don't see them present in her sprites.
anyways, only Lichi and Taokaka have panty shots out of the six (seven if you count Nu and Lambda as separates) female characters, but then again these three are the only ones with skirts short enough to be able to see anything in the first place.
I asked Mori directly about the panty issue at fanime 2010 (you can find youtube videos of the panel) and he said it's up to our imaginations whether or not Noel wears panties or not. =/

Not sure if that counts to anything though... xD Though seemingly the majority of artists dealing with sprites/official artwork like the idea of Noel not wearing panties...
Oh my god! watch the PV for Contiuum Shift II! At around 0:55 after Jin and before Lambda, if you put it in slow motion you can see Noel wearing white panties! =O
Well I'm pretty sure the Panties Issue has already been resolved, but this is just something for future reference.....maybe she would've been wearing a C-string instead, and not panties? In anime sometimes maebaris are used in place of panties, but C-strings are a real-life equivalent so the wearer doesn't have to worry about panty-lines, tan-lines(?), and whatever else.
Once again, even though this issue seems resolved, articles such as maebaris and C-strings should be taken into account next time. ;D
Guys not only that but there is now concept sketches of Noel wearing undies in the Limited Edition version of Extend. Case now forever closed for eternity :D
No, it's real. I obtained it from a rip of the Continuum Shift sprites and artwork, it was next to her normal artwork with everybody else's new artwork. So unless someone put it in there for a laugh, which I kind of doubt they did... yeah. If you can actually prove it's fake though, then it'll be permanently removed, but for now it stays.
We don't know yet! It's assumed she's just travelling with them for the time being, I don't think it was mentioned anywhere that she was going to join up with Sector Seven.
I really like the new artwork of Noel and look MUCH MORE better then her previous attire. I'm glad they got rid of that beret. Noel look better with hair down and the blue hairpins of her hair bring out her "Mu-ish" looks. Her new clothes definitely makes her more appeal. I'm glad they redid her good. She is the only one who artwork had changed a lot. Her personality seems to be the same, but I think Ragna's personality may have rubbed on to her.
