The Power of Order (秩序の力 Chitsujo no Chikara) is a power that stabilizes the world. This power is not good, nor evil, it simply counters something that threatens the world to maintain its balance, and the larger the threat, the more this power grows.

The crystal field

The original purpose of the Power of Order was to suppress the world, and its source is the absolute will (絶対的な意志 zettaiteki na ishi). This power allows its wielder to nullify Event Interferences and the effects of Immortal Breaker.

According to Kokonoe Mercury, the Power of Order comes from the ability to hold true to one’s convictions no matter what. According to Rachel Alucard, Noel Vermillion is one of the few people that can nullify this power.

Jin Kisaragi possesses this power, which he first used in BlazBlue: Continuum Shift, to overcome Ice Sword: Yukianesa’s influence. He also used the Power of Order in BlazBlue: Chronophantasma, to nullify Izayoi’s Immortal Breaker and save Tsubaki Yayoi from Hades: Izanami’s Mind Eater. In BlazBlue: Centralfiction, this power allows Jin to recognize Platinum the Trinity’s existence to stop her from disappearing, and he was also able to will back into existence the world around him that was being erased. Jin was the counter for his older brother, Ragna the Bloodedge.

Celica Ayatsuki Mercury is a manifestation of the Power of Order, as she was born for the sole purpose of resisting magic element.[1] Her ability of suppressing magic element is the counter for her older sister’s ability of attracting magic element.

In BlazBlue: Centralfiction, Tsubaki and Makoto Nanaya have manifested the Power of Order.

The Power of Order manifests not only in living beings, but also in inanimate objects. In BlazBlue: Phase Shift 3, there was a field of crystals that, just like Celica, suppressed magic element.
