The 8th Hierarchical City of Wadatsumi (第八階層都市「ワダツミ」 Dai-Hachi Kaisō Toshi “Wadatsumi”) is the birthplace of Kokonoe Mercury and Bang Shishigami.

The city was completely destroyed in the Ikaruga Civil War, only the ruins of the Wadatsumi castle and its surrounding lands remain in the present day.
